What an awful experience dealing with this horribly dishonest company. When i received my online order of a $299 leather bag that was clearly faulty with a broken zipper (and of terrible quality in general), i sent it back and requested a refund as is my right. I was told by staff that a refund would be processed as soon as they received the bag back. But then the owner returned from holidays and decided that she didn't want to follow ACCC laws and instead decided that she would follow her own rules and only offer a repair. When i told her that this wasn't satisfactory to pay $300 for a repaired bag, she got very nasty and verbally abusive and accused me of being dishonest and even told me that I had changed my mind and that is the only reason I returned the bag (which was so clearly faulty - i guess sometimes it pays to be completely delusional so that you can get your own way). This company is very happy to take your money (daylight robbery and extremely overpriced for the very poor quality) but obviously has very little regard for following regulation and has no responsibility to uphold the standards required in this country. She was so rude to deal with and an overall horrible experience. In the meantime i had already replaced the bag at another store as i was told they would refund and it was a present for my daughter - now i am $300 out of pocket. There are many other reviews out there that say pretty much the same thing, seems there are many people out there with similar experiences. As another review of this business on another review site says, if i could give less than one star i would.
