Rooms are clean and comfortable. Managers are awesome and very professional, will definitely stay again
The staff here were amazingly friendly. I'm not one for talking to people I don't know but the people at timbertown had me chatting away with their amazing hospitality skills. Didn't get a chance to eat in their in House restaurant but their rooms were clean and beds were massive and comfortable.
Resort was perfect, very comfortable bedding and located perfeclty as we were working only 2km away. Reason for stay was obviously working in the area
I stayed at the place on two separate nights with the first night costing $115 and the second $130. Although the rooms on both night where clean it's nothing to write home about. On both nights there was no restaurant so food had to be bought outside. Also no breakfast was provided. If a place has a restaurant and breakfast was provided both as an extra charge then yes I'd say it was 4* motel. But without those two it's a 2* motel. I won't be staying there again and therefore don't recommend others do either.
A big shout to Laura & Jenny for giving us the best experience during our Christmas /NY18 holidays. Fabulous, well appointed rooms and cabins, most of all Laura's resourcefulness and ever helping nature made it enjoyable. Timbertown Resort epitomises Wauchope in every way- a scenic 20 min drive from Port Macquarie, make this wonderful place your choice of motel- you won't be disappointed. Loggers serve a mean Cappuccino & Latte, there are plenty of great eateries at a walking distance. Thank you Rob, Jenny & Laura and of course Jessie the PR Manager...
